ICUMSA 45 sugar is the highest quality sugar available on the market today. It is a highly refined white sugar suitable for human consumption and for use in a wide range of food applications. ICUMSA 150 RBU<\/strong><\/h3>\n

White cane sugar ICUMSA 150 is also called white crystal sugar, formed by the crystallization process, without chemical refining. It is widely used because it contains less chemical substance. It is more readily available and is a lower cost replacement for the traditional white refined sugar ICUMSA 45. The white sugar in the ICUMSA 150 is often used in large-scale baking, beverage production and the production of other food products.<\/h3>\n

ICUMSA 600 – 1200 VHP<\/strong><\/h3>\n

ICUMSA 600-1200 is 100% raw refined sugar, produced after the first crystallization of sugarcane. Raw sugar is rougher than white sugar and its color is brownish. Raw cane brown sugar, when fully refined, yields about 70% white sugar. There are more molasses found in natural brown sugar, which gives it a higher gratified mineral.<\/span><\/h3>\n
